I believe that the law exists for the fair resolution of cases. The mission of lawyers is not “stick to the laws”, but the “utilization of the law” for fair resolution. I try not to keep to a narrow interpretation of “This is defined by law in this way”, but to place more emphasis on the belief that “This is the right and fair solution, so I can interpret the law in this way.”
